This is an Ofsted 'good' School located in popular Potters Bar, Herts. The school teaches in a balanced way between structured lessons and creativity making this a popular school for teachers who are not inspired by prescriptive teaching. Requirements of the post
QTS achieved or expected to be achieved prior to September in Primary Teaching.
Clear understanding of the principals of effective teaching
Ability to motivate, engage and progress pupils from all backgrounds
Understanding of SEN and EAL teaching
Desire to be a full-time class teacher between Years 3 to 6
Desire to improve teaching through continual professional development
