We’re recruiting Primary Teachers across Pembrokeshire for a range of opportunities starting this September.

Whether you’re an experienced teacher, an NQT looking to build your experience, returning to the classroom or considering a change, we can help you find a role that matches your experience, preferred year group, location and career plans.

There are opportunities across Foundation Phase, KS1 and KS2, including day-to-day supply, regular work, long-term placements, maternity cover and permanent positions.

What could your next role look like?

We work with primary schools across Pembrokeshire, including Haverfordwest, Tenby, Fishguard, Milford Haven, Pembroke Dock, Narberth and surrounding areas.

You might be looking for:

A full-time teaching position

What will you be doing?

Depending on the school and year group, your role could include:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons
Teaching in line with the Curriculum for Wales
Creating a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom
Adapting teaching to meet individual pupil needs, including ALN
Assessing learning and monitoring pupil progress
Building positive relationships with pupils
Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community

What we're looking for

You'll need:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Primary teaching experience — NQTs are welcome
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A professional and adaptable approach
A genuine commitment to helping pupils achieve their potential
