A welcoming and well-established 2-form entry primary school in Hillingdon is seeking a passionate and committed EYFS, KS1 or KS2 Teacher to join their team for a September 2026 start. About the Role
As a KS1 or KS2 Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum
* Work collaboratively within a 2-form entry team, sharing planning and best practice
* Support pupils in developing strong foundations in core subjects, including reading, writing, and mathematics
* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, ensuring strong progress for every child
* Create a positive, inclusive, and purposeful classroom environment that promotes a love of learning
* Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively, using assessment to inform teaching
* Work closely with teaching assistants, year group colleagues, and senior leaders to maintain high standards
* Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupil progress and wellbeing
* Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment opportunities and whole-school initiatives
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
* Experience teaching within KS1 or KS2 (ECTs are welcome to apply)
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* A collaborative team player who thrives in a shared planning environment
* High expectations for pupil achievement, behaviour, and progress
* Excellent classroom management skills
* A reflective, motivated, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and school improvement
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
