Primary Teacher Required

Start Date: September 2024

Location: Birmingham

Length of Contract - September 2024 - July 2025

Pay; To scale

Empowering Learning is working in collaboration with a Primary School that is looking for a Class Teacher to join with them from September 2024, until the end of the academic year 2025. The successful candidate will be a skilled practitioner with a deep passion for improving Teaching and Learning outcomes and ensuring that every child receive the best outcomes in Teaching. The successful candidate will be engaging and captivating.

Some of the duties and responsibilities of this role will include but not limited too,

Planning and delivering engaging and relevant lessons that meet the needs of learners.
Assessing student progress on a regular basis
Supporting students social and emotional development
Identifying students who may need additional support and connecting them with the resources they need.
Working effectively with other teachers, administrators and support staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment for all students

The successful candidate will have;

Experience of teaching Ks1 and/or Ks2
Have QTS
Be able to form positive relationships with staff and pupils
Be creative and innovative in your teaching methods
Have excellent written and oral communication skills
Be understanding of the variable needs of every pupil
Have an enhanced DBS that is on the update service or be willing to pay for a new check to be done.Why register with Empowering Learning
