Main Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Adapt teaching to support pupils with different learning needs
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
Support pupils’ confidence, independence and well-being
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and support colleagues
The Successful Teacher Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), NCT's also welcome to apply
Experience teaching with teaching the Primary Curriculum
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Confidence planning creative, engaging and inclusive lessons
A caring, patient and adaptable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A clear commitment to safeguarding and pupil well-being
A genuine passion for helping children learn and thrive
