Job Description:

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Shaw, OL2. The successful candidate will bring a passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for our primary students.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum
Foster a supportive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement
Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
Develop and implement creative and innovative teaching strategies to inspire students
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student learning and development
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
Uphold and follow the policies of the school
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience as a Primary Teacher with a strong track record of success
Deep understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
Commitment to creating an inclusive and dynamic learning environment
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one
