Smile Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Broughton, North Lincolnshire, to recruit a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join its team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who enjoys inspiring young learners, delivering creative lessons and making a positive difference in children's lives.

The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for:

Planning and delivering creative, engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the primary curriculum.
Creating a welcoming, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
Adapting lessons to support pupils with different abilities and learning styles.
Encouraging pupils to develop academically, socially and emotionally.
Monitoring, assessing and recording pupil progress.
Providing meaningful feedback to help pupils reach their full potential.
Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining effective classroom routines.
Building strong and supportive relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues.
Working closely with teaching assistants and other members of staff.
Supporting pupils with additional learning needs.
Contributing to the wider school community and its commitment to high-quality education.The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an appropriate teaching qualification.
At least 6 months' recent UK classroom experience.
A strong understanding of the primary national curriculum.
Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills.
The ability to plan and deliver exciting, differentiated lessons.
A patient, caring and child-centred approach to teaching.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The confidence to adapt to changing classroom needs.
A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.

Requirements
QTS or a relevant teaching qualification.
A minimum of 6 months' recent UK classroom experience.
The right to work in the UK.
An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Smile Education.
A full two years of employment and/or education references.
At least one reference relating to working with children.
