Salary: £150-£200 per day
TeacherActive is proud to be working with a two-form entry primary school in Newham with a strong school community, supportive parents and governors, and fantastically behaved and motivated children. The school has a caring and professional staff team and is well-resourced both indoors and outdoors, offering a countryside feel in the heart of the city.
The school is looking to appoint a qualified Primary Teacher on a part-time, long-term basis from September, teaching pupils across Key Stage 1 / KS1. The successful Primary Teacher will be expected to deliver engaging lessons, maintain high standards of behaviour and work closely with colleagues to support pupils’ progress.
The successful Primary Teacher will have:
• QTS
• Experience teaching pupils across Key Stage 1 / KS1
• Sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
• Excellent classroom management
• A flexible and adaptable approach
• A caring and committed attitude
