Salary: Inner London teacher salaries + uplifts available (dependent on experience)

The headteacher is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join the team from September 2025. Additional responsibilities and Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) opportunities are available for the right candidate.

The Role:

As a Primary Teacher is this independent school, you will inspire and challenge pupils to reach their full potential. You will benefit from small class sizes, allowing you to focus on high-quality teaching and individualised learning experiences. The role also provides opportunities for leadership and professional growth through extra responsibilities and TLRs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to meet the needs of all learners.

* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where children feel supported and motivated.

* Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing timely feedback and interventions where necessary.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum.

* Take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities as appropriate.

Person Specification:

Essential:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Experience teaching in a primary school setting.

* A passion for high-quality teaching and a commitment to pupil progress.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards teaching and learning.

Desirable:

* Experience working within an independent school setting.

* Experience in subject leadership or curriculum development.

* A willingness to take on extra responsibilities and leadership roles.
