Job Duties:
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for primary school students
Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback
Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
Implement school policies and procedures effectively
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Knowledge of the primary curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Previous experience teaching primary school students
Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of child development and learning theories
Proficient in using educational technology in the classroom
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Postgraduate qualification in Education
Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students
Working Conditions:
Full-time position with regular school hours
Classroom-based teaching with some administrative responsibilities
