TeacherActive is proud to be working with an ambitious community primary school based in Didsbury, which has been awarded a ‘Good’ OFSTED rating. The school is committed to creating a positive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to develop, achieve and enjoy their education.
The school is looking to take on a driven Primary Teacher on a long-term, full-time basis from October, teaching a Year 4 class within Key Stage 2 / KS2. The successful Primary Teacher will be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Primary Curriculum, maintain strong classroom management and support pupils to make consistent progress.
The successful Primary Teacher will have:
QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
Experience teaching within a UK primary school
Sound knowledge of the Key Stage 2 / KS2 curriculum
Experience teaching Year 4 is desirable
Excellent classroom management
A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
