Alongside classroom teaching, you will work with individual pupils through targeted interventions and 1:1 support session where necessary, ensuring all learners can access the curriculum and reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
Differentiate teaching to support a wide range of abilities and learning styles.
Provide targeted support and interventions for students requiring additional assistance.
Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and school leaders.
Track and assess student progress, implementing strategies to drive achievement.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
Support students with additional needs, including SEN, where appropriate.
The Ideal Candidate

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Commitment to inclusive education and high standards of teaching.
Experience supporting students with varying learning needs is desirable.
