Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Passion for improving pupil outcomes and making a positive difference.
Strong commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
Implement effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
