Affinity Partnerships are looking for Primary Supply Teachers to work in schools across Somerset!

We are working with a range of primary schools and academy trusts throughout Somerset, offering flexible teaching opportunities for passionate and dedicated educators. Whether you're looking for a few days' work each week to fit around existing commitments or seeking a full-time role, we have opportunities to suit your needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers who enjoy working in different school environments, building experience, and making a positive impact on children's learning and development.

The Role

The ideal candidate will be confident teaching across the Primary age range and committed to delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire pupils to achieve their best.

Successful applicants will:

Have a sound understanding of the Primary curriculum
Be confident teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
Deliver engaging and effective lessons that support pupil progress
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional needs
Be able to work collaboratively with school staff while demonstrating initiative
Have a positive attitude, flexibility, and excellent classroom management skillsRequirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Experience teaching within UK primary schools
Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
Excellent communication and organisational skills
