Primary Teacher – Alternative Provision | Walsall
A fresh start can begin with the right teacher.
We’re looking for a Primary Teacher for an alternative provision school in Walsall, supporting pupils who need a different approach to education.
You’ll bring engaging teaching, clear boundaries and the patience to build trust. You’ll adapt lessons to different starting points, help pupils work through setbacks and give them opportunities to experience success.
Experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour would be valuable, along with the ability to stay calm and understand what a pupil might be trying to communicate. Progress might be joining in with a lesson, asking for help or feeling proud of their work. You’ll recognise those steps and help pupils build on them.
