Job Opportunity: Primary Teacher

We're looking for an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our dynamic team starting in September. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed professional who is eager to make a positive impact on the lives of primary school students.

Position: Primary Teacher

Start Date: September 2024

Duration: Long-term, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects in accordance with the national curriculum.
Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and fosters a love for learning.
Assess student progress through regular formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including those with special educational needs (SEN) and English as an additional language (EAL).
Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and enrichment activities that enhance the overall educational experience.Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area (PGCE/QTS preferred).
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching primary-aged children, with a solid understanding of pedagogical approaches and classroom management strategies.
Familiarity with the national curriculum and a commitment to delivering high standards of teaching and learning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
Dedication to continuous professional development and a reflective approach to teaching practice.
Hold a child-only enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.Why Join Us:
