Year 2 is a vibrant, exciting and fun place to be in September. Young minds are starting their journey to more formalised education, but with fun and active elements,  it’s a great time to prep them for the future of Key Stage 2. If you have a passion for Phonics, timetables and all things Book theme related then this may be for you. The role is in the heart of Bolton, working alongside an existing team that can and are looking forward to providing support.

Requirements 

To be considered for the role as a Primary Supply Teacher, you will: 

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to providing high-quality education.
Excellent knowledge of the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum.
Enhanced and varied classroom management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
Deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 or 2 curriculum.
Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of pupils and encourage a love of learning.
Assess and record pupils' progress, preparing them for the next stages of their educational journey.

The requested skillset the desired Teaching Assistant will require;

Passion and drive to support children in education.
Excellent communication and language skills.
Desirable - recent experience working with children.
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of educational professionals.
Have a passion for Mental, Health and wellbeing with the ability to plan and deliver playful, and hands on experiences for children.
You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
