Develop and deliver high-quality teaching, ensuring effective use of resources and the highest standards of care, learning, and achievement for all pupils as a Primary Teacher.
Plan effectively to ensure pupils meet their potential, taking account of the needs of underachieving pupils, very able pupils, and those not yet fluent in English.
Assess, record, and monitor each pupil's progress in line with the National Framework profile and report to parents.
Use engaging teaching strategies that keep pupils involved through effective questioning, lively presentation, and good use of resources.About the School:
