Reeson Education is working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Greenford that is seeking a dedicated Year 1 Class Teacher to join their team.

The Role
Take responsibility for a Year 1 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons.
Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Support pupils as they transition from EYFS into Key Stage 1.
Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs.
Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents.
Encourage pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
The Ideal Candidate
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has experience teaching within KS1, ideally Year 1.
Has a strong understanding of the Year 1 curriculum and phonics.
Is confident in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
Has excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Is enthusiastic, caring and committed to achieving the best outcomes for every child.
