Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver creative, engaging and high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.
Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
Monitor, assess and track pupil progress, providing appropriate feedback.
Differentiate teaching to meet the needs and abilities of all learners.
Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and a love of learning.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to support children's development.
Contribute to school events, activities and the wider school community.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has experience teaching in a primary school setting.
Demonstrates excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
Has high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour.
Is creative, adaptable and enthusiastic about teaching.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Works effectively as part of a team and is keen to contribute to school improvement.
