Responsibilities: Providing whole class, one-on-one and small group support to students with Mild Learning Difficulties (MLD).

Responsibilities: Building strong and supportive relationship 1-2-1 with student who has special educational needs (SEN) within the Year 5 class
Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students.

3. 1-2-1 SEN Teaching Assistant – Reception Class/ Primary/ Secondary (Mainstream School/Special Needs Schools)- Rickmansworth
Responsibilities: Revolve around providing high-quality 1-2-1 education and care for non-verbal child.
Requirements: Willing to provide personal care

Desirable requirements
Prior experience working with children, especially those with special educational needs, can be valuable.

Understanding behaviour management techniques and strategies is essential to assist students with challenging behaviours.
