It can be highly stressful both looking for new roles, and also staying motivated in a role in which an educator has given everything to. We as a company work with multiple affinity trusts, that are always in need of quality teachers to provide that quality extra touch to their Primary schools.
Supply teaching as an alternative to permanent roles can provide flexibility and a manageable work-life balance which the educator can control! Many of our consultants working in the South-West office have a history and affiliation with education, meaning we will listen and empathise with individuals lived experiences and aspirations. What will you need:
* Teaching Qualification - Appropriate degree, UK QTS or equivalent
* Right to Work in the UK
* Fully updated CV with references covering the past 2 years of employment minimum
* Hold an Enhanced Child workforce DBS with an update service subscription, or be willing to apply for one
