The Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, choosing the days you are available to work.

Your responsibilities may include:

Delivering pre-prepared lessons and activities
Creating a positive and engaging classroom environment
Managing classroom behaviour effectively
Following the school's policies and safeguarding procedures
Adapting confidently to different schools, year groups and classroom environments
Providing a clear handover to the permanent class teacher where requiredWhat We're Looking For

To be considered for Primary Supply Teacher opportunities in Watford, you should:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching within a UK primary school
Be confident working across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Be reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic
Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
Be able to commute to schools across Watford and the surrounding areaWhy Work with Academics?
