Aspire People are recruiting Primary Teachers to support schools across the local area with day-to-day, short-term and long-term teaching opportunities.

This role is ideal for teachers who want flexibility around their availability, enjoy working across different schools, or are looking for a route into a longer-term or permanent position.

The Role:

* Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Following existing lesson plans where provided
* Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining high expectations
* Supporting pupils with different learning needs
* Providing continuity of learning during teacher absence
* Working effectively with Teaching Assistants and school staff
* Adapting to different school environments and routines
* Providing feedback to school staff following lessons
* Taking responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of pupils

The Ideal Candidate:

* Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Previous primary teaching experience

* Committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
