The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging and effective lessons across all primary age groups, from EYFS through to Year 6. Assignments can range from day-to-day cover to short and long-term placements, offering flexibility to suit your availability and preferences.

You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of local schools, building valuable relationships and broadening your classroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
Adapt quickly to different classrooms and school settings.
Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures.
Support pupils' learning, development and wellbeing.
Provide clear feedback to school staff following lessons where required.

What We Are Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Experience teaching within primary schools.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Flexibility, reliability and a positive attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
