The Role
As a primary Supply Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging, creative and high-quality lessons across the primary age range
Adapt confidently to different school environments and classroom settings
Follow lesson plans provided by the school or plan and deliver lessons where required
Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
Support pupils to reach their full academic and personal potential
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents where appropriate
Provide clear feedback to schools following each placement
We are looking for
The ideal candidate will;
Hold QTS
Have recent experience teaching within uk primary schools
Possess a strong understanding of the primary national curriculum
Be confident teaching EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Be flexible, reliable and able to adapt quickly to different classrooms
Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and organisational skills
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Be passionate about delivering engaging lessons that inspire children to succeed
Be committed to supporting every child academic, Social and emotional development
