Role Overview: As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will play a key role in maintaining high educational standards during staff absences. You will deliver engaging lessons, support student learning, and contribute to the overall positive atmosphere of our school. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons across various primary subjects in line with the curriculum.
Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support where necessary.
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school’s community and activities.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching in primary schools is highly desirable.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings.
A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
