The Role

The SEND Teacher will:

* Deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils with additional learning needs
* Adapt the National Curriculum to meet individual needs
* Work closely with the SENDCo and support staff
* Develop creative strategies to support engagement and progress
* Build strong relationships with pupils and families

The Ideal Candidate

The school is seeking someone who:

* Holds QTS (or equivalent teaching experience)
* Has experience working with SEND pupils
* Is creative, flexible and nurturing
* Has a strong commitment to inclusive education
