Primary & Secondary Teaching Assistants Wanted - Flexible School Work

Your role will include:
Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Working with pupils in class, in groups, or 1:1
Helping pupils stay focused and engaged in learning
Supporting behaviour and classroom routines
Encouraging confidence and independence in learners
We're looking for:
Experience working with children or young people (school, childcare, coaching, youth work etc.)
Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (desirable but not essential)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive, proactive attitude
