The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.
Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
Help children develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
Support pupils with varying abilities and learning needs.
Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
Support the academic, social, and emotional development of students.
