Pay: £90 - £120 a day, depending on experience
Term-time only
The Role
We are looking for a qualified teaching assistant to join a primary school in Derby. You will work alongside the class teacher to support children's learning and help them make progress.
Supporting pupils in the classroom, in small groups and one to one
Helping the class teacher prepare and deliver activities
Encouraging positive behaviour and helping every child feel included
Supporting children's wellbeing and keeping them safe
Who You Are
A qualified teaching assistant with a relevant teaching assistant qualification
Experienced supporting children in a primary school
Confident in the classroom, with a genuine passion for helping children learn
Holding an up-to-date enhanced DBS, or happy to complete one through us
Eligible to work in the UK
