Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for your next rewarding role?
TeacherActive is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and vibrant 3-form entry primary school in Plumstead for a General Teaching Assistant to join their team from mid-September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a large, supportive school with a strong leadership team, excellent facilities, and a commitment to helping every child reach their full potential. You'll work alongside experienced teachers across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting learning in the classroom, delivering small group interventions, and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
The successful candidate will:
Have previous experience working within a UK primary school.
Be confident supporting pupils across a range of abilities.
Be proactive, reliable and eager to get involved in all aspects of school life.
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
Be passionate about helping children develop both academically and socially.
Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements:
Experience working within a UK primary school.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
