Primary School Teaching Assistant
Are you an aspiring Primary Teacher who is looking to gain valuable experience within the classroom environment?
If so, then this Primary School Teaching Assistant position in Tower Hamlets is the perfect opportunity for you! This position is a long-term position for the remainder of the academic year, with the scope to extend for a further full academic year.
As a Primary School Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside multiple pupils in both 1:1 and group intervention sessions, delivering structured intervention and catch-up programmes to support their personal academic growth. You will also meet with the Class Teachers, SENCO, Inclusion Coordinators etc to review the intervention sessions held and plan action points to further support the pupils.
If you have future aspirations to become a Primary Teacher, then this role will give you the best opportunity to gain truly valuable experience before going on Teacher Training or a PGCE!
