Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a fantastic primary school in the CF3 area of Cardiff that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2027.

We're looking for someone who:

Has an enthusiastic and proactive approach to working with children.
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
Able to build positive, professional relationships with pupils, teachers and parents.
Confident providing 1:1 support to pupils with additional learning needs.
Ability to work well as part of a team and with other members of staff.

Recruitment Requirements

Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce).
EWC registration (mandatory for working in Wales).
Willingness to complete safeguarding training.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
