Your responsibilities will include:
Providing supervision in subject-area classrooms during teacher absences.
Ensuring completion of work within classes and supporting students as needed.
Maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment through effective behavior management.
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the availability of necessary resources and materials.
Sharing insightful observations with teachers regarding student engagement and progress.
Adhering to school regulations and fulfilling assigned duties diligently.
Offering guidance and assistance to students in addressing queries and challenges.
To be considered for this role, you should:
Be eligible to work legally in the UK.
Possess an updated Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
Demonstrate a commitment to child safety and well-being.
Exhibit strong behavior management abilities and professionalism.
