Empowering Learning is excited to be working with a growing cohort of primary schools across Oxfordshire and is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated primary school teachers for a range of flexible teaching opportunities within Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 settings.

About the Role

As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that support pupils in reaching their full potential. Opportunities are available across both KS1 and KS2, depending on your experience and preference.

Responsibilities may include:

Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
Managing classroom behaviour effectively and positively
Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on pupil progress
Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
Adapting teaching approaches to meet the needs of individual learners

We would love to hear from you if you:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
Have experience in KS1, KS2, or both
Are passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning
Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
Are adaptable, reliable, and professional
