Role Overview:

As a Primary Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate young minds, making a positive impact on the lives of our students. You will deliver engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum, fostering a love of learning and supporting the academic and personal development of each child in your care.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that are engaging, interactive, and differentiated to meet the diverse needs of students.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the development and implementation of the school curriculum.
Build strong partnerships with parents/guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in their education.
Contribute to the wider life of the school community through participation in extracurricular activities, events, and initiatives.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching in a primary school setting.
A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young children.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage time and resources.
A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to engage in ongoing training and learning opportunities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
