The Role:
Planning and delivering creative and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Assessing and tracking pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes.
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support children's development.
About You:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching in EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
A strong commitment to raising standards and pupil achievement.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
A flexible and proactive approach to teaching.
