Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Leadership: Take on the role of a Year 2 class teacher, providing engaging and innovative lessons that foster curiosity, critical thinking, and academic progress.
Comprehensive Instruction: Deliver comprehensive instruction across the curriculum, including English, Mathematics, Science, and more, ensuring a well-rounded educational experience.
Differentiated Learning: Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students, providing support and challenge as appropriate.
Assessment and Feedback: Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development, using data to inform teaching strategies.
Behaviour Management: Establish clear expectations for behaviour and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected.
Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support student learning and well-being, fostering a strong sense of community and partnership.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Hold QTS and possess relevant experience teaching in primary schools.
Year 2 Experience: Demonstrate experience or a strong interest in teaching Year 2, understanding the developmental needs and curriculum expectations of this age group.
Curriculum Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and proficiency in planning and delivering effective lessons across subject areas.
Classroom Management: Exhibit strong classroom management skills, creating a positive and structured learning environment conducive to student success.
