Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Leadership: Lead a Year 4 class with creativity and passion, delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that captivate students' interest and promote academic progress.
Comprehensive Instruction: Provide comprehensive instruction across all subject areas, including English, Mathematics, Science, Humanities, and more, ensuring a well-rounded educational experience.
Differentiated Learning: Differentiate instruction to accommodate the diverse learning needs and abilities of students, supporting every child to reach their full potential.
Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess student progress and attainment, providing timely and constructive feedback to support ongoing growth and development.
Behaviour Management: Establish clear expectations for behaviour and conduct within the classroom, implementing effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to support student learning and well-being, fostering a strong sense of community and partnership.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Hold QTS and possess relevant experience teaching in primary schools.
Year 4 Experience: Demonstrate experience or a strong interest in teaching Year 4, understanding the developmental needs and curriculum expectations of this age group.
Curriculum Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and proficiency in planning and delivering effective lessons across subject areas.
Classroom Management: Exhibit strong classroom management skills, creating a positive and structured learning environment conducive to student success.
