The Role

Full-time maternity cover position
Long-term opportunity until the end of the academic year
Based in a supportive and friendly primary school in Lancaster
Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire young learners
Monitor pupil progress and contribute to positive outcomes
Work collaboratively with a dedicated and experienced staff team

The Ideal Candidate

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
ECTs, NQTs and experienced teachers are all encouraged to apply
Has a passion for primary education and child development
Can create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
Demonstrates excellent communication and classroom management skills
Is committed to helping every child reach their full potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
