Job Description: As a Qualified Primary Teacher in the UK, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment where young students can develop their skills and knowledge. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects in line with the national curriculum. Your role involves assessing pupil progress, managing classroom behavior, and working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child's educational journey.
Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all pupils.
* Develop and implement engaging and differentiated teaching strategies.
* Assess and record pupils’ progress and provide regular feedback to pupils, parents, and carers.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupil participation and learning.
* Implement and follow school policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and health and safety.
* Use a variety of assessment methods to monitor and support pupil progress.
* Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and other staff to support pupil learning.
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers about pupils' progress and any concerns.
* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
* Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest educational practices and policies
