The Role, Primary School Teacher, Caerphilly
As a Primary School Teacher in Caerphilly, you will play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment, supporting pupils to reach their potential through well-planned lessons aligned to the national curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
* Plan and prepare lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Assess, monitor and record pupil progress, providing clear feedback and support
* Maintain positive behaviour and an inclusive classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and wider school staff to support pupil development
* Promote safeguarding and ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils
Requirements and Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Proven classroom experience within Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Ability to differentiate and adapt teaching to meet diverse learning needs, including SEN where required
* A proactive, professional approach and strong commitment to safeguarding
* Eligibility to work in the UK
