Primary School Teacher Key Responsibilities:

Class Leadership: Take charge of a Year 3 class, planning and delivering engaging lessons that align with the curriculum and foster student development.
Curriculum Alignment: Develop lesson plans, resources, and assessments tailored to the needs and abilities of Year 3 students, ensuring progression and attainment.
Student Support: Provide academic and pastoral support to students, nurturing their individual growth and well-being while fostering a positive classroom culture.
Collaborative Engagement: Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to support student learning and maintain effective communication channels.Primary School Teacher Requirements:

Teaching Qualifications: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant experience teaching in primary education, ideally within Key Stage 2.
Curriculum Understanding: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and possess the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons that meet curriculum objectives.
Pedagogical Expertise: Showcase excellent classroom management skills, differentiated teaching methods, and a commitment to student-centered learning.
