What We Offer

Competitive daily rates of £120 - £180
Weekly pay

Working hours of 8:15am - 3:30pm

Choice of preferred year groups

Your Responsibilities

As an Early Career Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire learning
Support pupils' academic and personal development
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Follow and implement the National Curriculum effectively
Adapt lessons to meet the needs of individual learners
Establish positive behaviour expectations and classroom routines
Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupil progress

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

Hold or be working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or recently qualified teacher
Have a good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
Be eager to develop your teaching skills and experience
Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
Be enthusiastic, professional, and passionate about education
