Sports Coach / HLTA
Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Coach to join a dynamic team in a London primary school. As a Sports Coach, you will play a vital role in developing pupils’ physical skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive attitude towards sport and physical activity.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons across the school (EYFS–KS2)
* Plan and lead high-quality sports and physical activity sessions
* Run extra-curricular sports clubs and support school sports events and competitions
* Promote participation, confidence, and enjoyment in physical activity
* Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupils’ development
Experience
* Ideal for candidates with a strong sports or coaching background
* Experience working with children in a school or coaching setting is essential
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
This is a long-term opportunity with potential for a permanent placement.
