Salary: M1–M6 Inner London Pay Scale + SEN Allowance

SEN Teacher Opportunity – ARP Provision A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Lambeth (SW2) is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join their Additional Resource Provision (ARP) from September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity to teach a small class of 6–8 pupils with Special Educational Needs, delivering highly personalised learning experiences that enable every child to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
We are looking for an enthusiastic practitioner who is committed to providing outstanding support for children with a range of additional needs and who believes in creating an inclusive environment where every child can achieve success.
The Role As the SEN Teacher within our ARP, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP targets and learning needs.
Lead a small class of 6–8 pupils with SEND.
Create a nurturing, structured and positive learning environment.
Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, SENCOs and external agencies.
Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress.
Develop personalised intervention programmes to support academic and personal development.
Foster strong relationships with parents and carers.
Support pupils' communication, social interaction, independence and emotional wellbeing.The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a teacher who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has experience teaching pupils with Special Educational Needs, either in mainstream or specialist settings.
Demonstrates excellent classroom management and behaviour support strategies.
Understands the importance of adaptive teaching and personalised learning.
Is patient, resilient and passionate about inclusive education.
Works collaboratively as part of a wider multidisciplinary team.
Has knowledge of Autism, Speech & Language needs, Complex Needs or other SEND areas (desirable but not essential).We Offer
