About Us:
Twenty4Seven Education specialises in recruiting non-teaching support staff for schools and Multi Academy Trusts in Birmingham. We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager for a primary school in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham.

Role Overview:

As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the school's administrative functions, with a particular focus on finance duties. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in school finance and strong budget management skills. Proficiency in using FMS and SIMS software is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the school office

* Oversee financial processes and budget management

* Maintain accurate records and databases using FMS and SIMS

* Coordinate administrative tasks to support school operations

* Liaise with staff, parents, and external stakeholders as needed

* Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a school office environment is essential

* Proven experience in school finance and budget management

* Proficiency in using FMS and SIMS software

* Excellent organiSational and communication skills

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

* Enhanced DBS clearance on the update service or willingness to process a new one
