Full-time | Long-term Opportunity
£15 - £16 per hour
Working Hours: 9:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 3:30pm

A welcoming Primary School in Barking & Dagenham is looking for a Receptionist & Admin Assistant to join their friendly office team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across two school sites in a varied and rewarding role supporting the day-to-day running of the school.

Please note: Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months' recent experience working in a school office or school reception environment. Candidates without school-based administrative experience will not be considered.

As the successful Receptionist & Admin Assistant, you will have at least 6 months' experience working in a school office or reception, be confident using Microsoft Office, possess excellent communication and organisational skills, and be able to work professionally across two school sites.

A minimum of 6 months' recent school office or school reception experience (essential)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and school administration systems
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
A CV covering your employment and education history since leaving formal education, with all employment gaps explained
Legal Right to Work in the UK
