Supply Desk are working with a supportive and inclusive Primary school in, Bexhill, East Sussex, which has an Ofsted rating of ‘good.’ The school is looking to appoint a PPA cover teacher to support the learning of key stage 1 and 2 students. This role is full time and temporary with the view to turn permanent with the right candidate.
About the role:
This is a full time PPA Cover Teacher role, supporting the learning and development of students in key stage 1 and 2. The school are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join their team to ensure that students receive excellent education and support when their regular teachers are engaged in planning and assessment activities. Strong communication and classroom management are vital for this role.
The candidate:
Qualified Teachers Status (QTS): Essential for this role.
Communicate regularly with regular classroom teachers and school leadership to provide feedback on student progress and any issues encountered
Follow lesson plans left by regular teachers and adapt as necessary to meet the needs of all students
Strong communication skills
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the curriculum
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Strong classroom and behaviour management
